Didi's Ice Cream was born from a love to share our homemade ice cream with friends and family. The name has a double meaning. First off, "di di" translates to "little brother" in mandarin as both of Dina and Daniel are the younger of 2 siblings in their families. Didi also is a play on the fact that both of them have names that start with the letter D.

 

Dina, originally from Connecticut, and Daniel, originally from Illinois, met in Chicago at work in the software industry. They moved to Los Angeles 2021 after spending 4 years in the windy city.
